How I run on 30+ client sites, from keyword research to monthly reports.

Hey, Savvy Nation!
I've been running SEO for 30+ clients at TrioSEO.
Every week, the same 10 Claude prompts power our content production.

We've used this exact workflow to help clients go from near-zero traffic to 50 #1 rankings, 760% more daily users in 9 months, and 150+ qualified leads per month.
Want us to build a custom SEO workflow like this for your business?
1/ Keyword Research Prompt
“Act as an SEO strategist. I run [business type] targeting [ICP]. Give me 20 long-tail keywords with BOFU intent around [topic]. Include estimated search intent (informational, commercial, transactional) for each.”
This should give you a prioritized keyword list with intent labels you can drop straight into your content calendar.
Pro tip: Run it 3 times with different topic angles and compare the lists.
2/ Content Brief Prompt
“You're a senior content strategist. Based on this keyword: [keyword], write a detailed content brief. Include: target audience, search intent, recommended H2s/H3s, word count, internal linking suggestions, and 3 competitor angles to beat.”
Get a ready-to-hand-off brief your writer can execute without a single back-and-forth.
Pro tip: Paste in the top 3 competing URLs alongside the keyword. Claude will pull from what's already ranking and sharpen the angles.
3/ SERP Gap Analysis Prompt
“Here are the top 5 ranking articles for [keyword]: [paste titles + meta descriptions]. Identify gaps in their coverage. What angles, questions, or subtopics are they missing that I should include?”
You’ll get a list of uncovered subtopics and angles your content can own that competitors have missed.
Pro tip: Run this before every brief. It surfaces the angle that separates a page-1 post from a page-2 one.
4/ Internal Linking Prompt
“Here's a list of our published blog posts: [paste URLs + titles]. I just published a new post on [topic]. Suggest 5 internal linking opportunities, which existing posts should link to the new one, and what anchor text to use.”
This generates a specific list of pages to update with anchor text written and ready to paste in.
Pro tip: Do this every time you publish. Keeping internal links current compounds faster than batch-fixing them later.
5/ Meta Data Prompt
“Write 3 title tag and meta description variations for this post: [paste title + brief summary]. Target keyword: [keyword]. Keep title under 60 characters and meta under 155. Focus on click-through, not just keyword inclusion.”
You’ll now have three ready-to-test variations. Pick the strongest or A/B test two of them.
Pro tip: Ask Claude to explain why it wrote each variation differently. It'll surface the angle it found most compelling and sharpen your instincts over time.
6/ Content Upgrade Prompt
“Here's a blog post we published 12 months ago: [paste post]. It ranks on page 2 for [keyword]. Audit it and suggest 5 specific improvements to push it to page 1. Focus on E-E-A-T, content depth, and structure.”
With this, you’ll see a prioritized punch list of edits.
Pro tip: Paste in the top-ranking competitor post alongside yours. Claude will do a direct comparison.
7/ FAQ Schema Prompt
“Based on this blog post: [paste post], generate 5 FAQ schema questions and answers. Make the questions match how someone would phrase them in a Google or ChatGPT search. Keep answers under 50 words each.”
Hand to your developer schema-ready Q&As or paste directly into your SEO plugin.
Pro tip: Ask Claude to prioritize questions that match voice search phrasing. These are increasingly what AI Overviews and ChatGPT pull from.
8/ Competitor Gap Prompt
“My competitor [URL] ranks for these keywords: [paste list]. I rank for these: [paste list]. Identify 10 high-value keyword gaps I'm missing that I should target in the next 90 days.”
This should give you a 90-day keyword hit list ranked by opportunity, ready to feed into your content calendar.
Pro tip: Run this quarterly. Competitor keyword profiles shift fast.
9/ Content Repurposing Prompt
Here's a blog post: [paste post]. Turn it into: (1) a LinkedIn post with a hook and numbered list, (2) a 5-tweet thread, (3) a newsletter intro paragraph. Match a direct, conversational tone.”
Out of content ideas? This gives you three distribution-ready pieces from one post.
Pro tip: Add "write in the voice of a practitioner, not a marketer" to the prompt. The output will sound less like content and more like someone who actually does this work.
10/ Monthly Report Summary Prompt
“Here's our SEO data for the past 30 days: [paste GSC + Ahrefs data]. Summarize: top wins, biggest traffic movers, ranking improvements, and 3 priorities for next month. Write it in plain language for a non-SEO client.”
A clean, client-ready summary you can paste into a report or send as a standalone email.
Pro tip: Include last month's data too and ask Claude to flag what changed. It turns a summary into a story.
Claude won’t replace your SEO judgment. But it accelerates your execution.
Your expertise should take care of strategy. Let Claude handle the routine, time-consuming work.
Use specific prompts to get better outputs. Give Claude a role, and include real context from your site.
Plug these into your workflow and watch your team's output double.
Or would you like expert eyes on your SaaS or ecommerce brand’s SEO? I can audit your SEO, map out the gaps, and show you exactly what’s holding your organic growth back. Let’s build your workflow.
