9 Claude prompts to cut SEO strategy work down from 40+ hours.

Want top-quality SEO content written to attract more customers? Schedule a call with me to discuss how my team and I at TrioSEO can help make it a reality.

Hey hey, Connor here.

Q3 just started. If you don’t have an SEO plan yet, here’s how to fix that this weekend.

Four hours is enough. I put together 9 Claude prompts that walk you through building a complete Q3 SEO plan, start to finish.

Prompt 1: Ideal Customer Profile

“You're an SEO strategist. Build a detailed ICP for a [industry] business. Include pain points, buying triggers, search behavior, and the top 5 questions they ask Google.”

Every keyword and piece of content flows from this.

Prompt 2: Seed Keyword Brainstorm

“Based on this ICP, generate 50 seed keywords my target customer would search. Group them by topic cluster and search intent (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU).”

BOFU first. Always. These are the keywords closest to a sale.

Prompt 3: Competitor Gap Analysis

“Analyze [competitor 1, 2, 3] and identify 20 keywords they rank for that I should target. Prioritize by realistic difficulty for a DR 30 site.”

You're finding what's already working and going after it.

Want us to run this process for you?

I've used this exact strategy over 10+ years in SEO and across multiple 7-figure businesses, including growing and exiting FreeUp at $12M ARR and scaling TrioSEO into one of the top B2B SEO agencies for SaaS and ecom brands.

Prompt 4: Hub & Spoke Content Map

“Build 5 hub & spoke content clusters for my SEO strategy. Each hub should have 1 pillar page and 8-10 supporting articles. Include target keywords for each.”

This is your site architecture. One afternoon with Claude gets you a content map that would take a week to build manually.

Prompt 5: 12-Month Content Calendar

“Create a 12-month content calendar with 5 pieces per month. Prioritize BOFU first, then MOFU, then TOFU. Include keyword, format, funnel stage, and publish month.”

Now you have a publishing schedule with logic behind every piece.

Prompt 6: BOFU Service Page Outlines

“Write detailed outlines for 10 BOFU service pages. Each should include H1, H2s, FAQs, internal link suggestions, meta description, and clear CTAs.”

These are your money pages. Get them right before you write a single word.

“Build a 90-day backlink strategy for a [industry] site. Include link types, target DR ranges, outreach angles, and 5 email templates I can customize.”

This gives you a 90-day plan and the outreach templates to execute it.

Prompt 8: Technical SEO Audit Checklist

“Create a technical SEO audit checklist tailored to a [WordPress/Webflow/Shopify] site. Include priority levels and how to fix each issue.”

Run this before Q3 content goes live. Technical issues kill rankings.

Prompt 9: KPI Tracking Dashboard

“List the top 15 SEO KPIs I should track monthly. For each, explain what it measures, the tool to use, and what good vs bad looks like.”

This closes the loop on the whole strategy.

One afternoon now saves you three months of course-correcting later.

Q3 is 13 weeks. Spend the first two without a plan, and you've already burned 15% of your runway before you've done anything meaningful.

Copy these prompts. Then execute with confidence.

See you next week,

Connor
