We built in-depth strategy from Day 1, which meant getting into the minds of our ICPs and using the data to inform our SEO.
1. Focused on Long-Tail Keywords
Given our low domain rating, we had to be realistic with keyword targeting.
Since fewer websites target long-tail keywords, we had a better chance of ranking even with a 0 DR.
💡 Also, people who use long-tail keywords are further down the funnel and are most likely to convert.
This results in faster wins, more qualified traffic, and higher conversions.
2. Built Pages with High-Intent Keywords
We designed our service and home pages for conversion, not just traffic.
Essential to that was focusing on high-intent keywords that our ICPs would be searching.
This helped EcomBalance show up when people were ready to act, not just casually browsing.

We went the slow and steady route for this. No big pushes.

Next, we uncovered what’s working for our competitors–and how we can outdo them.
This revealed the best way to reach our ICP through:

6. Crafted Quality Content
We set up a content process to keep our focus on quality first, quantity second. That meant 100% human-written, vetted, and value-focused content every time.
Once those processes were polished, we scaled quantity to reach a volume of 20-30+ blogs published every month.
7. Optimized Content
We didn’t stop at publishing content.
Every quarter, we ran reports on Google Search Console to upgrade old content and get it ranking higher on Google.
